Every year, UCB holds a standalone promotional event for delegates attending WCO-IOF-ESCO. Busy days at congress take their toll, so the aim is to remind delegates why they do this work - an opportunity to celebrate and reconnect with their shared responsibility in osteoporosis. Our concept utilises elements of Rome where the 2025 congress is held, creating a relaxed and informal setting to facilitate networking and open discussions.

Introducing the EVENITY brand on arrival, before revealing the 2.0 campaign within a large Roman aqueduct as attendees enter the main room. Interactive presentations with more campaign elements on the display screens, which attendees could interact with via QR codes. Cue cards sparking group discussions, before they each recieve a beautiful commitment coin where they can make pledges to the future of osteoporosis. These coins are then placed into a fountain inspired by the Trevi structure, where pledges are collected and shared. An evening of culture and commitment.
